Arctic Sun VR's Summer Camps seamlessly blend the enthralling world of Virtual Reality (VR) with life-enriching educational experiences. Tailored for kids aged 8-16, VR camp provides a balanced adventure composed of approximately 50% educational pursuits and 50% VR fun and games.
Each day is a novel expedition! From stepping onto the moon to navigating Earth’s natural wonders, your child immerses themself in activities spanning history, STEM, art, geography, the arts, and more.

VR Summer Camp Introduction & Overview
Arctic Sun VR's Summer Camps are education-made fun! Our 1-week educational summer camps bring an exciting new twist to your kid's camp experience offering guided quality educational VR experiences and applications in a safe, comfortable, and immersive atmosphere. Camps at Arctic Sun VR are perfect for kids aged 8-16 and provide your kids with lots of social interaction and the perfect mixture of fun, education, and gaming.
Arctic Sun VR's Educational Summer Camps were created in collaboration with developers and educators and offer a great balance between VR games, VR education, and out-of-VR activities -all while making learning new skills a breeze. Your kids will be immersed in various subjects from space and our solar system to history, biology, chemistry, science, VR movie making, 3D printing, drones, geography, art and so much more. Two different weeks of Summer Camps are available at Arctic Sun VR, Week 1: “Launch”, and Week 2: “Innovation”.
Camps alternate between Launch and Innovation during select weeks of the summer break. Don't miss out on the chance to sign up your kids for the coolest week-long -or 2-week- summer camp they have ever experienced!
If less than 4 guests are signed up for a camp session 1 week before the camp starts, campers will have the option of receiving a refund or being moved to a different camp session time.
*Each camper will receive a Subway boxed lunch on each day of the entire week of camp. Allergies and dietary restrictions are addressed during camp intake on day 1.

Arctic Sun VR first started operating Summer Camps with their first week, "Week 1 | Launch", in 2019. In 2021, Arctic Sun VR introduced its second full week of Educational Summer Camp, "Week 2 | Innovaiton".

Educational VR Summer Camps are 1-week camps which take place from Monday through Friday. Drop-off for the Summer Camps are from 8:30-9:00am and pick up is from 4:30-5:30.

We understand that your child's health and safety are paramount. Similarly, ensuring the safety of all our guests is our foremost concern. Hence, we will inquire about any allergies or dietary restrictions on multiple occasions before your child commences camp. Within our booking forms for both Summer and Winter camps, there's a checkbox provided to indicate any allergy or dietary restriction for campers. Additionally, on the first day of camp during the drop-off and check-in, parents are asked to complete a camper information form, documenting essential details such as emergency contacts, allergies/dietary restrictions, and medications. Arctic Sun VR also issues a Camper ID to each camper, listing any food allergies identified during the booking process and camp check-in.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer single day bookings for our Educational VR Camps. We are exploring the potential for single day camp bookings in the future, but we do not offer them at this time.

The VR Winter STEM Camps are a slightly abridged version of our Educational VR Summer Camp offerings, but the vast majority of the content is the same. The Winter Edu STEM Camps were created with homschoolers in mind, but are open to all guests ages 8-16.

Arctic Sun VR requires at least 4 campers to be signed up in order to run a camp. If less than 4 campers are signed up for a camp session, Arctic Sun VR may elect to not run the cmp session. In the event that there are not enough campers signed up for a session and Arctic Sun VR decides to cancel the session, campers will either be scheduled on a future session or be provided a full refund for their camp booking.

Arctic Sun VR provides a snack along with a Subway Boxed Lunch for every camper daily throughout the camp. Should you wish to supply your child with extra snacks or an alternative lunch besides the provided Subway Boxed Lunch, you are certainly welcome to do so.
